For HS players Traveling to Cy Fair Burning Flower Tournament in Hockley, TX, December 4-5, 2021. This tournament is not included in your Fall or Spring registration and therefore is optional. Based on our crrent number of players who said they would be attending, the player travel fee for the Cy Fair Burning Flower Tournament is $135 per player. This amount may change based on actual participants. In order to be eligible to participate, the travel fee must be paid by Friday, November 13th, 2021.
This Travel Fee covers the following expenses for your player and her coaches:
Registraton for the tournament (2 teams)
Hotel for two (2) nights (breakfast included) at the team hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites - Waller)
Team dinner Saturday night at the hotel
Feel free to send snacks for your player and please be sure your player has a refillable water bottle for games. Dinner on the way down, lunches and dinner on the way home is not included. The team is not always together for these meals so your player should be prepared to purchase an easy dinner while on the road and lunches at or around the fields. The only other thing girls may need money for is a tournament t-shirt if they want one.

The GLCOF Board understands that families may experience financial hardships that prevent them from being able to pay the seasonal dues. This application form has been created in order to communicate the request for financial assistance. All obtained information will be kept confidential. Financial assistance is reviewed on a case-by-case and seasonal basis. A decision on financial assistance will be given within 7-10 business days of the application submission.
