To complete registration, your player will need a US Lacrosse # valid thru December 31, 2022. If your players membership expires mid-season you will be prompted to renew during registration. If you are new to the sport, visit www.uslacrosse.org to become a member. This is a requirement of all players in our league. Membership is annual and is $30 for the youth and $35 for High School.
When asked for home program, choose The Girls Lacrosse Club of Frisco under the letter "T".

FALL 2022 FEES
Fees can be paid-in-full at the time of registration, or you may choose to pay in three installments as outlined below. An initial payment will be required at the time of registration. The second installment is due by September 9, 2022, and the third installment is due by October 7, 2022. All payments must be current for continued participation.

Families with two players will receive a $25 sibling discount, three players a $50 discount, and four or more siblings will receive $100 off given at the time of check out.

The offer for RegSaver insurance coverage at the end of the registration is NOT vetted by, endorsed by, or required by Frisco Fury. It is automatically included on our registration form by League Athletics and is NOT required to register.
The Fall 2022 registration fee DOES include a NEW pinnie. Your practice pinnie is your uniform for the fall. Returning players, with the exception of our incoming High School Freshman, will be guaranteed their same uniform number from the spring IF you register before the July 18th deadline. All new players, as well as High School Freshman, will be assigned a number by Coach Pam. ALL pinnies will be ordered as a batch by Coach Pam.
Important note for rising freshmen:
Your youth number does not automatically follow you into high school. You’re considered a new high school player. If your youth number is currently assigned to a sophomore, junior or senior, you will have to pick a new number. So be sure to submit additional numbers in the registration form in case your first choice isn’t available.
A $50 late fee will be added to all registrations starting July 18th. Final registrations will be due by 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, August 13th.

REFUND POLICY
The Girls Lacrosse Club of Frisco recognizes that, from time to time, players may need to withdraw from a sport due to unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are based on a variety of costs determined by the total number of teams and number of players registered on each team. Because many of these costs must be paid in advance, player withdrawals still result in a cost to GLCOF. Payments for players who voluntarily withdrawl from the program are not exempt from future installments.
As such, we have adopted the following policy for refunds to accommodate people whose plans have changed while maintaining the financial responsibilities associated with the sports season:

* Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Board.
Refunds for payments already made will not be given for any periods in which the Club, League or any appropriate governmental or health officials mandates or recommends a suspension in practices or games as the result of any pandemic, other outbreak of disease or any other condition or event which adversely impacts any areas in which the Club holds games or practices. If registration was paid in full, you will be refunded for any installment that has not yet become due.
The GLCOF Board understands that families may experience financial hardships that prevent them from being able to pay the seasonal dues. An application form has been created in order to communicate the request for financial assistance. All obtained information will be kept confidential. Financial assitance is reviewed on a case-by-case and seasonal basis. A decision on financial assistance will be given within 7-10 business days of the application submission.
